We first check the stream, college format, guide comments, topic status and what is already complete.

Pending code, diagrams, screenshots, report chapters, PPT and viva notes are separated into a clear action list.

The student gets a practical path for submission, explanation and guide-facing corrections.
Common Student Problems We Understand
- The project is working, but the report does not explain the modules properly.
- The guide asks for diagrams, testing, references or screenshots close to submission.
- The student can run the project but cannot explain the database, code flow or testing clearly.
- The ITR daily diary and weekly report are left blank until the final week.
- The PPT is full of theory but does not show the actual project work.
