How Project Buddyy works, step by step

Eight steps from first message to viva day. You always know what happens next and what it costs.

How does Project Buddyy work?

You send a request, we agree the scope and price on a short call, you pay 50% to book, we build with updates every 2 to 3 days, you review a demo and pay the balance, we deliver all files, explain the project and run a viva practice session, and you get 7 days of free support.

  1. Send your request

Fill the short form or WhatsApp us your course, topic, deadline and your college's format.

  2. Scope call

A 5 to 10 minute call or chat to agree on what will be built, the timeline and the price.

  3. Book with 50% advance

Pay half by UPI or bank transfer to reserve your slot. No GST, no hidden charges.

  4. Build, with updates

We work on it and share progress, demos or commits every 2 to 3 days.

  5. Review and balance

See the finished work in a demo, ask for corrections, then pay the remaining 50%.

  6. Delivery

Code or drawings, report or black book, PPT and setup guide, on Drive and GitHub.

  7. Explanation and viva practice

A walkthrough of every module or sheet and a mock viva on your project.
