Terms and conditions

1. Services

Project Buddyy provides academic project guidance and development support, including source code, hardware models, architectural drawings, documentation (project reports and black books), presentations, research paper support, viva preparation and counselling. All services are for educational purposes.

2. Booking and payment

• Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 50% advance.
• The remaining 50% is payable before final delivery of files.
• Prices quoted are final for the agreed scope, with no GST or hidden charges.
• Refunds are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.

3. Delivery

• Estimated timelines are shared at booking.
• Work is delivered through Google Drive, GitHub or email; physical items by courier at actual cost.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by late inputs or unresponsiveness from the student.

4. Third-party services

Where a project needs hosting, databases, paid APIs or components, the student provides credentials or bears the cost. We are not liable for outages or charges of third-party providers.

5. Academic integrity

• Our work is provided for guidance, learning and reference.
• We do not guarantee marks, grades, publication or admission.
• Students are responsible for following their institution's rules on academic integrity and outside assistance.

6. Support after delivery

• Free support for setup issues and minor fixes for 7 days after delivery.
• New features or scope changes after completion are separate orders.

7. Privacy

Your information is handled as described in our privacy policy.

8. Limitation of liability

Project Buddyy is not liable for indirect losses, including loss of marks or submission delays arising from factors beyond our control.

9. Updates

We may update these terms. Continued use of our services means you accept the revised terms.
