Privacy policy
What we collect, why, and how to have it removed.
Information we collect
- Contact details you enter in a request form: name, phone number, email.
- Academic details: college, university, course, branch, year, project topic, deadline and anything you write in the details box.
- Calculator selections if you send an estimate as a request.
- Technical data: the page you submitted from, browser type, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse.
Email verification
Before a request is submitted we send a 6-digit code to your email. The code is stored only as a hash, expires in 10 minutes and is deleted within two days.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, prepare a quote and deliver your work.
- To send a welcome email and updates about your project.
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse.
- We do not sell or rent your information.
Where it is stored
Requests are stored in a managed PostgreSQL database (Neon) with access limited to the Project Buddyy team. Emails are sent through our mail providers. When you tap submit, your details are also placed in a WhatsApp message that you choose to send.
The chatbot
The chat assistant on this site answers from a fixed set of questions and answers in your browser. What you type is not sent to our servers or to any AI service.
Cookies and analytics
The site works without tracking cookies. Embedded content from Instagram and Google Maps loads only when you scroll to it and is governed by those companies' policies.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by writing to welcome@projectbuddyy.in or messaging +91 91757 99251. We respond within 7 working days.
