Project Buddyy (also searched as Project Buddy) is an academic project consultancy based in Pune, India. We guide students of any branch and any university through software, hardware, architecture and documentation projects: choosing a topic, building it, writing the report or black book, preparing the PPT and practising for the viva. The aim is that you understand and can defend your own project.

Diploma and polytechnic students (including MSBTE K-scheme), B.Sc, BCA, B.E and B.Tech students in every engineering branch, B.Arch and interior design students, M.Sc, MCA, M.E and M.Tech students, and MBA or BBA students. We work with students from any college or university in India and with Indian and international students studying abroad.

Computer, IT, AI and Data Science, Electronics and Telecommunication, Electrical, Mechanical, Automobile, Civil, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Chemical, Architecture, Interior Design, Management and science streams such as B.Sc and M.Sc. If your branch is not listed, send us your syllabus or project guidelines and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.

AI tools can generate code, text and even drawings quickly, but students often get stuck when the generated project will not run, does not match the college format, or when the guide asks why a decision was made. Examiners notice when a student cannot explain their own work. We use the same tools where they help, then make sure the project actually works, fits your guidelines, and that you can walk through every module, diagram and sheet yourself.

Yes. Send what you have: code, model photos, drawings or the report, along with what is not working and your deadline. We review it, tell you what is pending, quote only for the remaining work and continue from where you are. We also explain the fix so you can answer questions about it.

Most projects are delivered in 3 to 10 days depending on scope; documentation-only work is usually faster. Mini projects and PPTs can be ready in 1 to 3 days. Architecture sheets depend on the number of sheets and the level of detail. If your deadline is under a week, tell us at the start so we can plan an express schedule.

You get both. Every project includes a walkthrough of how it is built, and plans from Advanced upward include a step-by-step code explanation. A one-on-one viva preparation session covers the questions examiners usually ask about your specific project.

Depending on your plan: complete source code or design files, a GitHub repository and zip, project report or black book in Word and PDF, PPT, setup guide, and for hardware projects the circuit diagram, bill of materials and code. Architecture work is delivered as DWG, 3D model files, rendered images and print-ready sheets.

Yes. Use the project cost calculator. Choose software, hardware, architecture or documentation, pick your course level, depth and add-ons, and it shows an estimated price range instantly. The figure is an estimate; the final quote depends on your exact scope and deadline.

No. The price we quote is the price you pay. The only extra costs are things bought on your behalf at actual cost: hardware components, printing and binding, courier, or paid hosting and API subscriptions if your project needs them.

50% advance to confirm the booking, remaining 50% before final delivery. You can pay by UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe or bank transfer. For larger PG or thesis work we can split payments into milestones.

Advance payments are non-refundable once work has started. If you cancel before work starts, a partial refund may be given at our discretion after deducting processing fees. The balance 50% is paid only after you have seen the finished work. Changes requested after delivery that add new modules or a different technology are treated as a new order. Support is available Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 8:00 pm IST by WhatsApp, phone (+91 91757 99251) and email (welcome@projectbuddyy.in). WhatsApp and email replies usually within 1 to 3 hours during working hours; messages sent late at night are answered the next morning. During a project you get progress updates every 2 to 3 days, and after delivery you get 7 days of free setup and bug-fix support after delivery, plus viva preparation. We support students in English, Hindi, Marathi.

Small corrections, formatting changes and bug fixes are free for 7 days after delivery. Larger changes such as a new module, a different technology or a redesigned scheme are quoted separately before we start.

Each project is built for the student who orders it and reports are written around that project. We can provide a plagiarism report as an add-on. You should still check your own college's rules on outside help and follow them.

No, and nobody honestly can. Marks are decided by your examiners. What we do promise is a working project that matches the agreed scope, a report in your college format, and enough preparation that you can present and answer questions confidently.

Yes. Your name, college and project details are used only to work on your request and are never sold or shared. We verify your email with a one-time code so that quotes and files reach the right person.

Yes. For fifth semester we help with the Seminar and Project Initiation course (SPI, 315003) and the 12-week Internship report (ITR, 315004): daily diary, weekly reports and the final report. For sixth semester we guide the Capstone Project (CPE, 316004) from topic to black book and viva. The Diploma ITR plan is ₹1,999.

Yes. We build web applications (PHP, Laravel, Python Django, Java Spring Boot, MERN), Android and Flutter apps, and AI, machine learning and data science projects, along with the report, PPT and a walkthrough so you can explain the code. Mini projects start at ₹1,499 and final year plans at ₹7,999.

Software and IT projects

Yes. We build or guide Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, embedded, robotics, electrical and mechanical projects. You get the working model or a guided build, the circuit diagram, bill of materials, code and report. Components are charged at actual cost, and you can buy them yourself if you prefer.

Hardware and IoT projects

Yes. We support B.Arch, M.Arch and Diploma in Architecture and Interior Design students with design studio submissions, working drawings, measured drawings, 3D models in SketchUp and Rhino, custom Grasshopper scripts and computational parametric design, renders, walkthroughs, sheet composition and presentation, portfolios, dissertations and final year thesis. We work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino with Grasshopper, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape and Photoshop, and we explain the design decisions so you can face the jury.

Architecture project help

Yes. Send your project, your college format and your guide's comments. We write the black book or report around your actual project with diagrams, testing and screenshots, and build the PPT from it. Black book soft copy starts at ₹999 and a PPT is ₹499.

Black book and report help

Yes. We help you turn your project into a research or review paper: structure, literature survey, results, IEEE or journal formatting and references, and we guide you on choosing a suitable conference or journal. Acceptance is decided by the reviewers, so we do not promise publication.

Research paper support

Yes. A one-on-one career session (₹499) helps you decide between a job, higher studies, changing branch or learning a skill, with a written plan. Study abroad counselling (₹999) covers country and course shortlisting, costs, scholarships, tests such as IELTS or GRE, and SOP direction. Diploma students can also use our free Direct Second Year engineering cutoff predictor.

Career and study abroad guidance

Yes. We follow the format your department gives you. We are familiar with the formats of MSBTE, Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU), University of Mumbai, DBATU, Shivaji University, RTMNU, GTU, VTU, Anna University, AKTU, JNTU and autonomous institutes, and with B.Arch colleges following Council of Architecture norms.
