How the estimate is built
What changes the price
The calculator starts from a base price for the type of work and adjusts it for course level, depth or complexity, domain, add-ons and urgency. It then shows a range, because two projects with the same title can differ a lot once the guide's requirements are known.

Is the calculator price final?
No. It is an estimate based on typical scope. The final quote is confirmed after a short call or chat about your exact requirements and deadline.
Why is there a range instead of one number?
Because the same title can mean different amounts of work depending on your guide's expectations, modules and documentation format.
Are hardware components included?
The estimate shows guidance and build cost plus an approximate component range. Components are charged at actual cost, or you can buy them yourself.
Does a shorter deadline cost more?
Yes. Work due in under two weeks needs more people on it, so an urgency factor is applied. Planning early is the easiest way to lower the cost.
How do I get the exact quote?
