FAQ

Questions from applicants

Is this a full-time job?

No. It is task-based freelance work. You choose which tasks to accept, so it fits around college, a job or other freelance work. Regular partners often take 3 to 8 tasks a month.

Who can apply?

Final year students with strong skills, freshers and working engineers in Computer, IT, AI and Data Science, E&TC, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation and Architecture, plus technical writers and presentation designers.

How much can I earn per task?

It depends on the task: from about ₹300 for a presentation deck to ₹8,000 or more for a complete software or hardware module. The payout is fixed before you accept, and we never change it after delivery.

How and when am I paid?

By UPI or bank transfer within 3 working days after the delivery passes review. Tasks longer than a week are split into milestones that are paid separately.

Who pays for components and materials?

We do. For hardware and fabrication tasks, components and material are bought by us or reimbursed against the bill, separate from your payout.

Do I have to work from Pune?

No. Software, design, writing and mentoring tasks are fully remote. Hardware assembly and fabrication tasks are offered to partners in or near Pune, or you can build at your location and courier the model.

What are the quality and originality rules?

Every delivery must be your own work, written for that specific student's project. Copied code, reports or AI-generated text pasted without review are rejected. Student details are confidential and must not be shared or reused.

Is the trial task paid?

Yes. The trial is a small real task at the normal rate, paid even if we decide not to continue.
