- Before semester 5: shortlist internship companies and get the offer letter
- Semester 5: 12-week internship, diary and weekly reports, then SPI seminar and capstone topic
- Start of semester 6: synopsis approved, components ordered
- Mid semester 6: 70% of the build done before class test 2
- Last four weeks: black book, PPT and mock viva

When should I start my capstone black book?
Start chapters 1 to 3 in the first month of semester 6 and finish the rest as modules complete, so the last two weeks are only for corrections and printing.
