Why did you select this project?
State the real problem you noticed, who faces it and why your solution is useful. Avoid “because it was easy”.
Explain your block diagram.
Go left to right: input, processing, output. Name each block and say what signal or data passes between them.
What was your individual contribution?
Name your module, what you built or wrote, and one difficulty you solved.
Which microcontroller or technology did you use and why?
Give two reasons such as cost, availability, number of pins, library support or team familiarity, and mention one alternative you rejected.
What is the total cost of your project?
Give the figure and the two or three most expensive components.
What are the limitations?
Mention two honest limits such as range, accuracy, power supply or scalability.
